4月25日・26日に開催されたMOTOさんでのイベントにご来場頂いた皆様、ありがとうございました。
MOTOとTCBを合わせて着てくれている方が本当に多くて、
それを実際に目の前で見れた事が、何より嬉しい時間でした。
児島から車で2時間半。
その移動の道中、Ryoとこんな話をしていました。
TCBは、いわゆる“地域密着のお店”ではなく、
遠方からわざわざ足を運んで頂く事がほとんどです。
往復の時間を考えると、丸一日。
その一日をTCBに使ってくれているんだなと思うと、
やっぱり思うんです。
帰り道や、その日の寝る前にふと
「TCBに行って良かったな」って。
そして、
「明日からまた頑張ろう」って。
そんな風に思ってもらえる場所でありたいなと。
今年のGWも、TCBは休みなく営業しています。
世界中のどこからでも、
その一日を使って来てくれる価値がある場所であるように。
皆様のご来店をお待ちしています。
Thank you to everyone who came out to the MOTO event held on April 25th and 26th.
It truly meant a lot to see so many people wearing both MOTO and TCB together in person.
That was, without a doubt, the highlight of the event for me.
It’s about a two-and-a-half-hour drive from Kojima.
On the way there, Ryo and I were talking about something.
TCB isn’t what you’d call a “local neighborhood shop.”
Most of our customers travel from far away just to visit us.
When you think about the round trip,
it’s basically a full day.
And realizing that people are choosing to spend that entire day on TCB…
it really makes you think.
On the way home, or just before going to bed,
if someone pauses for a moment and thinks,
“I’m really glad I went to TCB today.”
And then,
“Alright, let’s do our best again tomorrow.”
That’s the kind of place we want to be.
This Golden Week, TCB will be open every day as well.
From anywhere in the world,
we hope to be a place worth spending a full day to visit.
