日も長くなって、
専務が帰宅する時間の光が綺麗だったのでパパラッチ。
専務はいつも、
修行かと思うくらいパンパンに膨らんだ3 Day Assault Packを背負っています。
中身は知りませんが、
おそらく
「いつ使うか分からないけど、無いと困る物」
でいっぱいなんだと思います。
とにかく慎重。
ドアの鍵を閉めた後も、
ちゃんとロックされたか心配になって、
毎回ドアをドンドン引っ張って確認しています。
そのうちドアが壊れるんじゃないかと思うくらい。
でも、
その慎重さのおかげで、
工場長としての品質管理は抜群です。
誰よりも慎重な人が最終チェックをしてくれているから、
TCBの生産は今日も安定しています。
ありがたい事です。
As the days get longer, the light around the time our factory manager heads home has become really beautiful, so I decided to play paparazzi.
He always carries a 3 Day Assault Pack that’s so stuffed it looks like he’s training for a survival expedition.
I’ve never actually checked what’s inside, but I imagine it’s full of things that fall into the category of:
“I probably won’t need this today, but if I do and don’t have it, I’ll regret it.”
He’s incredibly cautious.
Even after locking a door, he’ll pull on it several times just to make sure it’s really locked.
Sometimes I think the door is going to break before the lock ever fails.
But that same cautious nature is exactly what makes him such an excellent factory manager.
His attention to detail and insistence on double-checking everything help keep our quality control consistently high.
Having someone this careful doing the final checks is one of the reasons TCB’s production remains stable day after day.
And for that, we’re grateful.
