ここ数日、毎日のようにLate S40’sのことを語っていたら、私自身も久しぶりに着たくなって、今日はこれを着て店頭に立っていました。
カバーオールには、ポケットの多さや道具としての便利さがあり、もちろんカバーオールならではの魅力があります。
でも、久しぶりにGジャンを着てみると、短い着丈やすっきりとしたシルエットが、やっぱり格好良い。
どちらが上という話ではなく、その日の気分で選べるのがデニムジャケットの面白さ。
しばらくまたLate S40’sを着てみようかなと思います。
After talking about the Late S40’s almost every day for the past few days, I found myself wanting to wear mine again, so I wore it while working at the shop today.
A coverall has its own appeal, especially the practicality of having so many pockets.
But putting on a denim jacket again reminded me just how good its short length and clean silhouette look.
It’s not about one being better than the other. Part of the fun of denim jackets is choosing one to suit your mood that day.
I think I’ll keep wearing my Late S40’s again for a while.
