TCB POP-UP FINAL DAY at Reebok Shibuya
Reebok渋谷店で開催中のTCB POP-UPも、８/30が最終日です。
初日から本当にたくさんの方にお越しいただき、ありがとうございます。
今回の新作「CHOPPED UNION-ALLS」は、ヴィンテージのLee UNION-ALLSを腰から“ぶった切る”という発想から生まれたカバーオール。
上半身は、通称「リーチン」と呼ばれるチンストラップ付きカバーオールと、ほぼ同じディテールを持っています。
フロントにはスレキ付きのスラッシュポケット。
後ろには、カバーオールなのにパッチポケット。
普通のカバーオールには必要のないディテールですが、それこそが「元はオールインワンだった」という痕跡です。
写真だけでは伝わりきらない、この少し変わった構造と面白さを、ぜひ実物でご覧ください。
今回のPOP-UPで直接ご覧いただけるのは、本日まで。

TCB POP-UP FINAL DAY at Reebok Shibuya
Today, August 30, is the final day of the TCB POP-UP at Reebok Shibuya.
Thank you so much to everyone who has visited us since opening day.
Our new “CHOPPED UNION-ALLS” coverall was born from the idea of taking a vintage Lee UNION-ALLS and literally chopping it off at the waist.
The upper half shares almost all the same details as the chin-strap coverall known in Japan as the “Lee Chin.”
At the front are slash pockets with separate pocket bags.
At the back are patch pockets—an unusual feature for a coverall jacket.
These details serve no real purpose on an ordinary coverall, but they are the traces that reveal its origin as a one-piece work suit.
Photos cannot fully capture its unusual construction and character, so please come and see it in person.
