生産のたびに、あえて生地を変えているHuntsman Vest。
その時々の生地との、一期一会を楽しんで頂けたらと思っています。
今回は、チョコレート色のダック生地で作りました。
今の季節、Tシャツ一枚だと少し物足りない日に。
そして、バッグは持ちたくないけれど、持ち歩く物が多い日にも。
前にも後ろにもポケットのあるこのVestが、重宝してくれます。
前にも書いたかもしれませんが、以前の私には、
「Vestにはシャツを合わせなきゃ」
という思い込みがありました。
でも最近は、Tシャツはもちろん、スウェットや、なんならフーディーの上に重ねるのも可愛いなと思っています。
寒くなると、店頭でもよくおすすめしている着方です。
今はTシャツの上に。
もう少し季節が進んだら、スウェットやフーディーの上に。
中に着るものを変えながら、楽しんで頂けたら嬉しいです。

This time, we’ve made it in chocolate-brown duck canvas.

For days when a T-shirt alone feels like it needs a little something extra.
Or when you have things to carry but would rather leave your bag at home.
With pockets on both the front and back, this vest comes in handy.

I may have written about this before, but I used to have a fixed idea:
“A vest has to be worn over a shirt.”

These days, though, I love how it looks over a T-shirt, a sweatshirt, or even a hoodie.
Once the weather turns colder, it’s a combination I often recommend to customers in our shop.

Over a T-shirt for now.
Over a sweatshirt or hoodie as the season moves along.
