デニムと一緒に育てる「CLUB C 85 VINTAGE TCB jeans」
この度、Reebok × TCB JEANSのコラボレーション第二弾として、
「CLUB C 85 VINTAGE TCB jeans」
を発売することになりました。
TCB JEANSでは、全国発売に先駆けて、2026年7月23日（木）10:00より、公式オンラインストアとTCB Factory Shopにて先行販売を開始します。
第一弾は「50’s」のジャケットとジーンズ
第一弾のコラボレーションでは、TCBの原点であり、今もブランドの基準となっている「50’s」をベースに、デニムジャケットとジーンズを製作しました。
1950年代は、ジーンズがワークウェアからファッションへと移り変わっていった時代。
僕自身が最初にヴィンテージジーンズに憧れたのも、この年代のモデルでした。
そしてTCB JEANSを始めた時、最初に作ったジーンズも「50’s」です。
今回の第二弾では、その「50’s」のエッセンスを、Reebokを代表するクラシックモデル「CLUB C 85 VINTAGE」に落とし込みました。
1950年代のジーンズと、1980年代のテニスシューズ
1950年代、ジーンズは作業着という用途を超え、ファッションとして愛されるようになりました。
そして1980年代には、テニスシューズがコートを飛び出し、ストリートの定番になっていきます。
それぞれの場所で生まれ、用途を超えて、今も変わらず愛され続けている2つのマスターピース。
「50’s Jeans」と「CLUB C 85 VINTAGE」。
今回のコラボレーションは、この2つが交差した一足です。
第一弾と同じ岡山産デニム
アッパーの一部には、第一弾のコラボレーションジャケット＆ジーンズと同じ、TCBこだわりの岡山産デニムを使用しています。
そこに「CLUB C 85 VINTAGE」ならではの上質なガーメントレザーを組み合わせました。
Reebokらしいクリーンでクラシックな雰囲気を残しながら、ヴィンテージデニムの無骨さと温かさを加えています。
単にデニム生地を使っただけではなく、ジーンズと同じように、履き込むことで完成していくスニーカーを目指しました。
ヒールに打ち込んだ銅製リベット
後ろ姿のアクセントとなるヒール部分には、第一弾の「50’s Jacket」と「50’s Jeans」にも実際に使用している銅製リベットを配置しました。
スニーカーでありながら、ジーンズのディテールを感じてもらえる仕様です。
リベットも新品の状態が完成ではありません。
履き込むうちに少しずつ風合いが増し、その人だけの表情に変わっていきます。
経年変化する紙パッチ
シュータンには、ヴィンテージジーンズの紙パッチと同じような素材を使用しています。
そこに描かれているのは、TCBの猫がReebokの「INSTAPUMP FURY」を履いた、今回のコラボレーションだけのオリジナルアートです。
履き込むほどにシワが入り、足に馴染みながら味わい深い表情へと変化していきます。
TCBのジーンズを穿いたことがある方なら、この変化を想像するだけでも楽しんでもらえると思います。
新品の状態が完成ではありません
TCBのジーンズがそうであるように、このスニーカーも新品の状態で完成するものではありません。
足に馴染んでいくガーメントレザー。
アタリやインディゴの色落ちが生まれる岡山産デニム。
履くたびにシワが深まっていく紙パッチ。
時間とともに風合いを増していく銅製リベット。
それぞれの素材が、履く人の時間とともに少しずつ表情を変えていきます。
ジーンズと一緒に育ててほしい、TCBらしいスニーカーが完成しました。
第一弾のセットアップにはもちろん、普段のジーンズにも自然に合わせてもらえる一足です。

The First Collaboration: Our 50’s Jacket and Jeans
For our first collaboration, we created a denim jacket and jeans based on TCB’s 50’s series—the starting point of TCB JEANS and the standard that continues to define the brand today.
The 1950s marked a turning point when jeans began to evolve from workwear into fashion.
It was denim from this era that first made me fall in love with vintage jeans. Fittingly, when I started TCB JEANS, the first pair of jeans we made was also a 50’s model.
For this second collaboration, we have taken the essence of our 50’s series and incorporated it into one of Reebok’s most iconic classic models: the CLUB C 85 VINTAGE.
1950s Jeans Meet an Iconic 1980s Tennis Shoe
During the 1950s, jeans moved beyond their original role as workwear and became widely embraced as fashion.
In the 1980s, tennis shoes made a similar journey—leaving the court behind and becoming an essential part of street style.
Born in different worlds, both went on to transcend their original purposes and become timeless masterpieces that are still loved today.
The 50’s Jeans and the CLUB C 85 VINTAGE.
This collaboration brings those two classics together in a single pair of shoes.
Made with the Same Okayama Denim as the First Collaboration
Part of the upper is made from the same specially selected Okayama denim used for the jacket and jeans from our first collaboration.
We combined this denim with the premium garment leather that defines the CLUB C 85 VINTAGE.
The result retains Reebok’s clean, classic character while adding the rugged warmth of vintage denim.
We did not simply want to add denim to a sneaker. We wanted to create a pair that, like a good pair of jeans, becomes complete only through years of wear.
A Copper Rivet in the Heel
A copper rivet has been added to the heel as a distinctive detail when viewed from behind.
It is the same type of rivet used on the 50’s Jacket and 50’s Jeans from our first collaboration.
Although this is a sneaker, the detail gives it an unmistakable connection to the construction of a pair of jeans.
Like the other materials used throughout the shoe, the rivet is not meant to remain unchanged. Its character will gradually deepen with wear, developing a unique appearance for each owner.
A Paper Patch Designed to Age
The tongue is made using a material inspired by the paper patches found on vintage jeans.
It features an original piece of artwork created exclusively for this collaboration: TCB’s iconic cat wearing a pair of Reebok INSTAPUMP FURYs.
As the shoes are worn, the patch will soften, crease and develop a richer character.
Anyone who has worn a pair of TCB jeans will probably enjoy imagining how this detail will change over time.
They Are Not Finished When They Are New
Just like a pair of TCB jeans, these shoes are not complete when they are brand-new.
The garment leather will gradually conform to your feet.
The Okayama denim will develop fading and distinctive wear patterns.
The paper patch will deepen in character with every crease.
The copper rivet will gain its own patina over time.
Each component will gradually change alongside the person wearing the shoes.
This is a truly TCB-style sneaker—one we hope you will wear, age and make your own alongside your favorite jeans.
It is, of course, a perfect match for the denim setup from our first collaboration, but it will also fit naturally into your everyday denim wardrobe.
